I do have a quick question since we're looking to get these professionally mounted at my office by a local service - what do you recommend for hanging them on a wall? From the pictures, it seems doable, but I wanted to get your expert take since the company we had come by wasn't too sure.

I really dig this shop and the stuff you offer. You guys have the finest bath salts; we've returned for more several times. This product is perfect for me.

We were torn between the Duet Sauna and the Savannah. My wife was really keen on the Savannah salt cave sauna. The merchant is highly regarded in the field, communicates effectively, and assists with all sorts of ideas and inquiries. As for the product, it truly is a gorgeous sauna.

I'VE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!! The staff is downright rude, dodging questions and acting all high and mighty. They just keep sending you back to their website or those manuals that don’t help at all. They advertise their products as suitable for 220v, but in reality, they’re only made for 110, so they don’t heat up nearly as much as they claim.

Meh, it's just alright, a couple of things to mention here... getting in touch with customer service is a real hassle, and when you finally do, it's just plain unprofessional. It took more than 8 months for my sauna to arrive, and I got zero updates on the shipping status. Once it finally showed up, putting it together was straightforward, but the instructions were not the best. Overall, it’s pretty disappointing; there are cold drafts coming from every corner, making it impossible to reach the max temperature. I’d recommend spending a bit more and choosing a different brand.

The site claims the sauna/salt room operates on 220v. Before our delivery, we contacted Rick multiple times to clarify the wiring requirements. He was quite rude, condescending, and frankly, a bit misogynistic. He outright refused to provide a refund. It’s clear he doesn’t grasp basic questions about the outlet needed for a product that’s misrepresented. The wiring is suitable for Asia and the EU, but it doesn’t meet US standards. I even spoke with the 'engineer' in China, but that didn’t help in figuring out if it’s safe to use here. We’ve filed a complaint with the BBB. I won’t be dealing with this company again for anything! They’re misleading at best and downright scammers at worst.

At first, I was really mad about the hold-up with my sauna delivery. But honestly, that’s all in the past now because we finally got it, and it’s absolutely stunning! We’re even thinking about getting another one. Good things come to those who wait, right? The reason they were out of stock is that they’re just so darn popular!

Spiritualquest are my absolute favorites. We’re dealing with a medical issue at home and asked if they could speed up the delivery of one of the saunas. Can you believe it? The customer service team has a formal policy for these important matters. When the new shipment arrived, they got my sauna sent out just like they said they would, and it’s on its way. This means the world to my family, and we really want to express our thanks. Grateful for the fantastic deal and a whole lot of hope!

Not doing this again. Just another scam operation. They take your cash and then fail to deliver the items. It's a real hassle to follow up properly. I really wish I had checked Trustpilot before attempting to purchase from these fraudsters.

Suna Zen Spiritual Quest is nothing but a rip-off drop shipper. Kelly from the company hasn’t sent my order or refunded my cash in more than two months. Their call center is overseas and can’t answer any questions or check your account. They just hang up and block you when you ask for your money back. If you need to reach them, their number is 1-877-535-2267, but good luck with that!
